To take advantage of our Patient Referral Program, just follow these steps:

1. Refer the new patient to one of our clinic locations.
2. When the new patient completes their Patient Intake Form, make sure they include your name under the Personal Referral Question.
3. You will be awarded $50 off your next appointment after the new patient completes their first stabilization appointment.
