Bio:
After Watch Foundation is dedicated to strengthening the mental health, resilience, and well-being of first responders and their families. We exist to promote awareness and break the stigma around PTS and trauma; to provide education and resources for recovery, to promote job retention, to prevent suicide and to create a community of support that ensures no hero stands alone after the call. Through outreach, training, and advocacy, we work to protect those who protect us — helping them heal, grow, and thrive beyond the badge.
After Watch Foundation empowers first responders and their families to face the hidden wounds of service with strength, resilience, and hope. By providing education, culturally competent resources, and a supportive community, we break down the stigma of PTSD and mental health injuries. Our programs create lasting impact by reducing suicide risk, improving career longevity, strengthening family bonds, and ensuring that no responder ever feels alone After the Call. Together, we are building a culture of wellness that protects those who protect us.
Through powerful and engaging social media outreach, the organization shines a spotlight on post-traumatic stress, trauma recovery, and mental health wellness—reaching thousands with educational content, uplifting stories, and immediate access to support resources.
